The 5th Annual Columbia Public Schools Battle of the Bands Featuring: Molly Trull and Anodyne, The Last Kings, Phydeaux, Carbon Brainchild and Mega-Mega. The proceeds will go to the Thompson Center, earmarked for potential scholarships for students with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental disorders.

Floodplain near Jefferson City 7.2.2005
This is the Missouri River floodplain. The old Missouri Women's Prison is in the distance. The prison was finally closed after the flood of '93.
"The Walls" Missouri State Penitentiary 7.2.2005
Missouri State Penitentiary at Jefferson City, recently closed. This parking lot was once the "yard." They knocked a gaping hole in the wall for car access (to the left). The prisoners called this prison "The Walls." The prison itself is off limits. They have a small security crew guarding the whole place. They tailed me when I was taking these pictures. The weight room and recreation area are visible. The cell blocks on the hill once housed the prisoners. Also, here's a link about that prison too...

Exhibition June 15 - July 24 2008
